Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems is honored to have the opportunity to continue our support of the local APWA Equipment Road-E-O held early May in Fredericksburg, VA.

The APWA Mid-Atlantic Conference and Equipment Show provided each participant the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others and the chance to network with equipment suppliers and manufacturers’ representatives, public agency specialists, staff from construction contracting and engineering firms. The technical program featured numerous and diverse presentations and opportunities for sharing in discussions of challenges facing public works. The education sessions covered emergency management; winter operations; asset management; public works advocacy; water resources; storm water, other infrastructure engineering and management practices; equipment and fleet management, and other topics.

Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems supplied a PacMac KB220 Knuckleboom Loader, Tymco 500X Sweeper and changed things up a little this year with the Heil Odyssey Automated Front Loader.  It was a great day of fun for everyone with a fantastic turnout. Thanks so much to the City of Fredericksburg for being a 1st class host once again!
